Director of Operations

Candi Doss-McLeroy is the Director of Operations at Brantwood Children’s Home, where she has dedicated more than 15 years to supporting the organization’s mission of serving the youth. A graduate of Leadership Montgomery’s Legacy Class XXXIX, Candi brings a unique blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for service to her role.

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Candi began her career in the information technology field before discovering her calling in nonprofit leadership. Today, she oversees the day-to-day operations of Brantwood, helping ensure the organization runs efficiently so it can continue making a meaningful impact in the lives of those it serves.

Outside of work, Candi enjoys exploring the outdoors, photography, and planning her next travel adventure. A passionate traveler, she has achieved the remarkable milestone of visiting all 50 U.S. states and enjoys experiencing new places, cultures, and adventures whenever she can. She believes that building strong communities begins with compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
