A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Atchison graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in History. Atchison received his Juris Doctorate from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2024. While in law school, he was a member of the Cumberland’s American Journal of Trial Advocacy as well as Cumberland’s Nationally ranked Trial team.

Atchison joined the law firm of Holtsford, Gilliland, Hitson, Howard, Stevens, Tuley, and Savarese, P.C. in 2024. Atchison’s practice is focused primarily on the areas of motor vehicle liability, transportation law, and general defense litigation.
